In hypercompetitive digital markets, technology startups face intense pressure to establish rapid product-market fit and maintain evolutionary fitness. While traditional marketing literature conceptualizes omnichannel strategies primarily as commercial engines for customer acquisition and channel synchronization, this study investigates how integrated omnichannel marketing functions as an enterprise-wide dynamic sensing network that fosters an internal innovation culture. Drawing upon the Dynamic Capabilities Framework, Market Orientation theory, and Double-Loop Organizational Learning, this paper conducts a systematic critical synthesis of contemporary literature alongside empirical case evidence from digital-native enterprises. We formulate a multi-tiered data orchestration pipeline spanning multi-touchpoint ingestion, AI-driven taxonomy processing, cohort-weighted prioritization, and product backlog synchronization that translates unstructured voice-of-customer signals into iterative engineering sprints and business model innovations. Furthermore, we outline a cross-functional governance model centered on the "Growth CMO" and autonomous multidisciplinary innovation squads. Our analysis demonstrates that when cross-channel customer engagement is structured as a bi-directional feedback loop, it drives double-loop learning, mitigates executive cognitive bias, and embeds continuous experimentation into the startup's organizational DNA. The paper concludes with a strategic 12-month implementation roadmap, critical countermeasures against signal noise, and avenues for future empirical inquiry.
