About the Journal

TechTalent & Business Review is an academic publication that focuses on research and development in the field of management, especially in the context of Indonesia and Southeast Asia. The journal aims to be a platform for academics, practitioners, and researchers to share the latest findings, theories, and practices in management. The published articles cover a wide range of topics, such as human resource management, marketing, organizational behavior, and innovation, with an approach based on empirical data and critical analysis.

In addition, the TechTalent & Business Review also encourages collaboration between academic research and industry practice.
