Publication Proses

  1. Manuscript Submission

    • Authors register and submit manuscripts via the Pena Didaktika OJS system.

    • Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s author guidelines and formatting requirements.

  2. Initial Screening

    • Editors check the manuscript for alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, and verify completeness of documents.

    • Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements will be returned to the authors.

  3. Peer Review

    • Manuscripts passing the initial screening are sent to 2–3 expert reviewers in the relevant field.

    • Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, relevance, analysis, structure, and references.

    • Reviewers provide recommendations:

      • Accept without revision

      • Accept with minor revision

      • Accept with major revision

      • Reject

  4. Revision

    • Authors respond to reviewers’ comments and revise the manuscript accordingly.

    • Editors re-evaluate the revised manuscript before acceptance.

  5. Acceptance

    • Manuscripts meeting the journal’s quality and ethical standards are accepted for publication.

    • Authors sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) prior to publication.

  6. Production and Publication

    • Accepted manuscripts undergo editing, formatting, and plagiarism checks.

    • Articles are published online and indexed in the journal’s OJS system.

    • Pena Didaktika publishes four issues per year.
