Abstract

This article explores the intricate relationship between educational evaluation, systematic assessment practices, and policy formulation within modern educational systems. As accountability demands increase globally, policymakers and educators rely on robust evaluation frameworks and empirical assessment data to measure student learning outcomes, enhance institutional effectiveness, and drive educational reforms. This study examines current methodological approaches in educational assessment, analyzes how evaluation findings influence decision-making processes, and identifies key challenges in bridging the gap between empirical research and actionable policy design. Ultimately, the paper highlights the critical need for coherent, equitable, and data-informed policies that foster continuous improvement and sustainable development in education.
